华泰证券集团

华泰证券集团成立于1991年5月。2010年2月26日，集团A股在上海证券交易所挂牌上市交易。2015年6月1日，集团H股在香港联合交易所挂牌上市交易。2019年6月17日，集团全球存托凭证（GDR）在伦敦证券交易所成功上市交易。自此，集团成为第一家在上海、香港和伦敦三地上市的中国金融机构。

Founded in May 1991, Huatai Securities went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Feb. 26, 2010. On Jun. 1, 2015, the group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On Jun. 17, 2019, the group issued Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and got listed on the London Stock Exchange. Thus, Huatai Securities became the first Chinese financial institution listed in Shanghai, Hong Kong and London.
